Product Structure Characteristicsl
Substation consists of high voltage switch room, low voltage switch room, relay protection room and transformer room. The outer shell of high voltage switch room and relay protection can be made of aluminum alloy plate, steel plate or composite plate. The surface of aluminum alloy plate is treated with polar oxidation, which enhances the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy plate. The steel plate and steel structure parts are sensitive to heat by phosphorus, and can ensure the safety of people and equipment.


High voltage switch room
High voltage switch room can be equipped with KYN61-40.5, JYN1-40.5 switch cabinet or 40.5kV load switch.40.5kV in-line and out-line mode isconducive to users' free choice of overhead cable mode.


Low voltage switch room
When the low-voltage side is 10kv, the low-voltage switch room can be installed with KYN28A-12, XGN2-10, KYN1-12 switch cabinet and HXGN15-12  ring main unit.
When the low-voltage side is 0.4kv, the low-voltage switch room can be installed with DW15 series, ME series, F series cabinet rack type breaker and DZ20 series, CM series, H series, S series plastic shell air circuit breaker(generally do not set low-voltage switch cabinet to save space).

 

Ac screen, dc screen, signal screen, protection screen, motion control screen (RTU) carrier screen or optical fiber terminal shall be installed in the power failure protection room.


Note: according to the user's demand, the transformer substation can be protected by conventional relay, or the transformer substation microcomputer integrated automation system.
