●Humidity: the relative humidity of the surrounding air should be less than 93%. Water droplets should not appear on the surface of the coil

Overview
Dry type transformer is a transformer whose core and winding are not immersed in insulating liquid. Electrical dry type transformer design according to IEC international standards and the existing national standards, its manufacturing technology always keep synchronized advancement of the international level, the main production 35 kv and dry type transformer products below include epoxy resin casting dry-type transformer, impregnation class H insulation dry type transformer and dry type amorphous alloy transformer. It has performance of no leakage of oil and gas, safety, environmental protection, low noise.
Range Of Application
The products are mainly applicable to commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, airports, industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, oil platforms, subways and tunnels and other important places with special fire protection requirements.The product can also be combined with switchgear to form a box-type substation.
Coil
●F class isolation high voltage coil: coil adopt with half hard enameled wire, hardness could choice between 120~210Mpa. Isolated material mix with silicon powder and epoxy resin, it has excellent heat wave resistance ability, resist burning, no position gas, great heat dispersion, coil temperature rise speed low. Specially fit for resin high voltage coil.
●H class isolated high voltage coil: adopt with OMEX paper wrap flat copper wire and continue winding draft, strong machine strength, excellent on heat dispersion, process by VPIvacuum pressure equipment, and with special formula go through many times dip and bake solidify.
●Low voltage coil: coil mainly made by foil, and on the winding machine go through inner argon protection weld, high accuracy, reliable weld and no need for external weld. Solution from imbalance ampere-turn, improve heat dispersion and increase resist short circuit ability.
Subassemblies
●Protective Case
Protective case have normal steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy for choice. And it has type for indoor or outdoor. For example IP20 protective case, can prevent size over 12mm solid material entry, suit for indoor installation. IP23 case not only can do that and also can prevent 60 degree angle water flow inside, suitable for outdoor.
●Temperature Control Device
Transformer temperature control device adopt PIC nonlinearity resistance and PT100 linear resistance dual sensor method, LED temperature display, saving highest temperature, automatically send alarm switch off signal, automatic or manual turn on/off fan, according to requirements different control device can be provide.
●Air cooling system
Transformers generally use natural air cooling (AN), can continuously output rated capacity. Air cooling system can be configured according to user requirements. The fan is automatically controlled by the thermometer to ensure that the transformer is qualified for temperature rise when the rated load is exceeded.
