Overview
This product is suitable for substation design three-phase, 50HZ,35KV class and below the power system, is the main substation equipment for medium and small substation. This product is used for industrial and agricultural power distribution, power and lighting. This company absorbs the domestic and foreign advanced technology, uses the new material, the optimization design, causes the product to be more reasonable. The electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity of the products have been significantly improved.
Performance Characteristics
●The HV winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure to improve the impact distribution of the winding.
●The LV system group with a capacity of 630-3150kva adopts cylindrical or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turns distribution and strong short-circuit capability.
●The positioning mechanism is added to the body of the device, so that it does not shift during transportation, and all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners do not loosen during long-term operation and meet the requirements of not lifting the core.
●High quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel is adopted as the core and the transformer is vacuum oiled.
●After oil removal, rust removal and phosphating treatment, the product code can be sprayed with primer and paint-free paint to meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical systems and wet and dirty areas. The whole series of products are beautiful in appearance, small in size, small in occupied area for installation, and are ideal maintenance-free products.
